How to cancel your Hey bb subscription
You can cancel your Hey bb subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Already signed in? Open Subscription settings, choose Unsubscribe, then confirm. Follow the illustrated steps below if you need help finding these controls.
Sign in
Open heybb.me and sign in to the account that has the subscription.
Open Subscription
Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page, then choose Subscription.
You can also open Subscription settings directly, or go to Settings and pick Subscription in the sidebar.

Cancel subscription
On the Subscription screen, choose Unsubscribe at the bottom. Confirm when asked. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can tap Resume subscription on the same screen.

Forgot which account?
If you are not sure which account has the subscription, use Forgot password and enter the email address your payment receipts were sent to.
Update payment method
From the same Subscription screen, use Add payment method or see how to update your card.
After you cancel
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
- Paid features stay available until the end of your current billing period.
- Then your account returns to the free plan limits.
