About subscription renewals
This article explains when you are charged, what automatic renewal means, and what to do if a payment fails. Full legal wording is in our Terms of Service and subscription terms.
Automatic renewal
A paid subscription is recurring. At the end of each billing period (for example monthly), your plan renews and your saved card is charged again at the price you subscribed at, until you cancel.
By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges. We do not send a separate email reminder before each renewal.

Cancel before the next renewal
To stop future charges, cancel before the next billing date shown on your Subscription screen. Cancelling does not remove access immediately — you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a renewal payment fails
If a charge fails, we may retry it and may pause paid access until payment succeeds. If it keeps failing, the subscription ends and you return to the free plan. Update your card from Update payment method if your details changed.
Price changes
Price changes apply to new subscriptions only. While your subscription stays active, you keep the plan and price you signed up at.
