Subscription terms

This page summarises how Hey bb subscriptions work — pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation. The full Terms of Service also applies.

Pricing and plans

Hey bb has a free tier with daily message limits. Paid plans unlock higher limits and additional features. What each plan includes and costs is shown on the pricing page before you buy. Prices may include or exclude tax as stated at checkout.

We may change plan limits and inclusions. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Payment method

Paid plans are sold as a subscription and processed by Stripe. You enter card details on Stripe's checkout; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

Automatic renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. Your card is charged again for the next period at the price you subscribed at, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.

We do not send a separate reminder before each renewal. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it and may pause paid access until payment succeeds. If charges keep failing, the subscription ends and you return to the free level.

Price changes. Price changes apply only to new subscriptions. While your subscription stays active, you keep the plan and price you signed up at.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then returns to the free level. Nothing further is charged after you cancel.
